The new standard screen ratio (screen hight x width) is 16:10. This allows for more content to be seen on websites. And the resolution of the screen is also higher than systems from the past. It being a 16" screen also allows the keyboard to have a number pad (10-key). Many users still prefer having this when it comes to punching out some calculations.
The laptop also comes with 1x HDMI, 2x USB-A, 1x USB-C and 1x headphone jack. This has more diversity than other laptops and can support docking stations for more complex setups.
This model is often found on Dell Outlet as open-box, refurbished, or in scratch and dent conditions to save some money while keeping a 1-year warranty.
