A printer that does all the things someone might need at home.
From my experience, printers are some of the worst pieces of technology in 2026. With how advanced other technology is, how can we still struggle to put ink on a paper with a computer...
But, after a report I did in college, any of the Epson EcoTank options are a good choice. The bottle style ink printers are a great as they provide a print yield (how many prints you get out of a bottle/cartridge) of up to 10x compared to traditional cartridge printers. Each black bottle can print up to 8,500 pages. Compared to cartridge printers which only get around 1,000 pages per black cartridge.
The only downsides if this style of printer is the print time is longer and the upfront cost is higher. But with having to get ink every few years, it makes it worth it.
